The Florentine label has entrusted ShippyPro with its order logistics, with the goal of bringing its stylistic innovations to as many customers abroad as possible, starting with a high-quality product delivery experience.

Today, through this partnership, Patrizia Pepe manages B2B logistics for its retail outlets and tracks thousands of shipments daily. ShippyPro’s Track & Trace service allows the company to monitor the status of all its global shipments from a single dashboard, enabling the brand to manage as many as six couriers, four marketplaces, and 34 stores for Ship From Store. Additionally, shipping notifications keep customers consistently informed with prompt and personalised updates, further strengthening their relationship with the brand.
