The omnichannel challenge of a fashion industry leader

Longchamp combines timeless style with innovation, retailing in over 350 stores across 25 countries. As the brand expanded its omnichannel strategy, managing growing operational complexity became key — from international ship-from-store orders to the need for faster, paperless logistics. To meet these challenges, Longchamp turned to ShippyPro.

 

Longchamp has increased its flexibility in integrations with Carriers by adopting ShippyPro, which simplifies shipping management and reduces order preparation times by automating the printing of shipping labels.

Omnichannel and optimised logistic flows

To manage the increase in "Ship from Store" orders, the brand enabled cross-border options and adopted strategies to minimise returns. Longchamp sought a paperless system for customs clearance and wanted to integrate more sustainable carriers.

 

ShippyPro convinced Longchamp with its tool for automatic label printing in stores, which reduced printing time by threefold, saving about 1000 hours annually in European boutiques. Additionally, the competitive costs identified through ShippyPro allowed the brand to save approximately €4 per order in the UK.
